Feverfew High Parthenolide (Nervous), commonly known as Bachelor’s Buttons, is a perennial plant often cultivated for ornamental purposes. It is rarely found in the wild. Feverfew is native to southern Europe and the Caucasus region of the former Soviet Union. It was introduced to America by early English colonists. It gives off an odor that repels bees and may contain pyrethrin, a natural insecticide. Feverfew contains niacin and iron and provides nutrition to the central nervous system. High-Parthenolide Feverfew delivers 500 mcg of parthenolide in a total of 212 mg of feverfew -- from a specially grown “high parthenolide” feverfew leaf -- per capsule. Parthenolides are sesquiterpene lactones, the major dietary components of feverfew. Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take feverfew during pregnancy.
