A smaller amount of melatonin per capsule allows consumers to customize the amount of melatonin to take to ensure a restful night’s sleep and other benefits. Nature's Sunshine Melatonin - 1 mg includes 30 IU of vitamin E as a protective antioxidant for the melatonin.

Nature's Sunshine: take one capsule of Melatonin (1mg) or Melatonin Extra (3mg) 30 minutes before sleep. Herbal Mountain: take one Melatonin (3mg) tablet 20-30 minutes before bedtime. Do not take more than two tablets daily.

Nature's Sunshine: Melatonin Extra (3 mg) contains 3 mg of melatonin plus 30 IU of vitamin E, Siberian ginseng root, and ginkgo biloba leaves and concentrate; Melatonin (1 mg) contains 1 mg of melatonin with 30 IU of vitamin E and no other active ingredients.

Melatonin should not be taken during the day; it may cause drowsiness. Not for use by children, teenagers or pregnant or lactating women.Do not take this product when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
